After you successfully place an order on the website unkrush.vn, UNKRUSH will proceed with delivery according to the order details confirmed with the customer.

Customers are kindly requested to check their orders upon receipt to ensure that the products, models, and quantities match what was ordered. Please record a video during the unboxing process for verification purposes.

For any claims regarding missing items, UNKRUSH will not be able to determine the cause (whether from UNKRUSH or the shipping carrier) without an unboxing video. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse such claims.

Customers must report any missing items or damages caused during transportation within 72 hours from the time of delivery.

In cases where the delivered products do not match the order, customers have the right to request a return. UNKRUSH will take full responsibility if the products delivered are incorrect in model or quantity.

The shipping carrier is responsible for any damage or breakage that occurs during transportation. UNKRUSH will assist customers in working with the carrier to resolve such issues.
