Return & Exchange Policy

Customers have the right to request an exchange within 3 working days from the date the order is marked as successfully delivered.

Please note that Unkrush does not accept returns due to a change of mind.

1. Exchange Conditions

  • The product received does not match the ordered size.
  • The product is damaged due to packaging or during the shipping process.

2. Eligible Product Conditions

  • The product must be in new condition, unused, and unwashed.
  • The product must not carry any body odor or perfume scent.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

If customers are not satisfied with the product, they may exchange it for another item of equal or higher value.
For exchanges to a lower-priced item, Unkrush does not refund the price difference.

3. Exchange Process

Step 1:
Upon receiving the order, customers are encouraged to carefully inspect the product before accepting it. Any issues should be reported immediately to Unkrush so our Customer Service team can assist while the delivery staff is still present.

If the delivery staff has already left, customers can still contact Unkrush for support.

Step 2:
After receiving all necessary information and product images from both the customer and the shipping carrier, Unkrush will conduct an initial assessment and provide instructions for returning the product for further inspection by our Quality Control team.

Step 3:
Based on the evaluation results, Unkrush will proceed with a product exchange or provide warranty support, depending on the specific case.

Processing and evaluation time is estimated to take 2 working days from the date Unkrush receives the returned product.

Exchange & Return Fees

  • Free exchange for defective products caused by Unkrush.
  • Two-way shipping fees may apply (if applicable).

Refund Method

Unkrush processes refunds via the following method:

  • Bank transfer after confirming eligibility for a refund.

Refund processing time:
Within 1–3 working days after Unkrush confirms the return/refund eligibility.
