Shipping & Delivery Policy of UNKRUSH

At Unkrush, we are committed to providing fast and efficient delivery services at reasonable costs to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The following shipping and delivery policy applies to all orders:

Unkrush applies a fixed shipping fee based on pricing agreements with trusted logistics partners. For customers located in areas where Unkrush stores or agents are available, we offer door-to-door delivery services.

1. Delivery Time

Unkrush aims to deliver orders within 3–7 working days after order confirmation. Please note that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

For credit card transactions, order processing begins immediately after payment confirmation is received.

Unkrush reserves the right to adjust delivery time without prior notice in cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters or special events).

Each order will be attempted for delivery up to 2 times. If the first delivery attempt fails, our staff will contact the customer to arrange a second delivery. If we are unable to reach the customer within 2 working days, or no response is received, the order will be considered canceled.

2. Customer Support

Customers may contact Unkrush’s Customer Service team to check order details or delivery status.

Upon receiving the order, customers are required to make payment (if applicable) and sign for confirmation with the delivery staff. We recommend inspecting the product before acceptance and keeping the shipping receipt for reference if needed.

Unkrush continuously strives to improve service quality and customer satisfaction through transparent and clear delivery policies.

3. Shipping Fees

Unkrush applies a pre-informed shipping fee based on agreements with reliable logistics partners. Door-to-door delivery is available in areas where Unkrush operates stores or agents.

Responsibilities of Logistics Service Providers

Obligations of the Carrier

  • Ensure safe and complete delivery of goods to the agreed destination within the specified time.
  • Provide delivery documents (invoices, receipts, etc.) and confirm that goods are delivered fully and intact.
  • Deliver goods to the authorized recipient.
  • Bear transportation-related costs unless otherwise agreed.
  • Compensate for loss or damage of goods, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Rights of the Carrier

  • Verify the authenticity of goods and shipping documents.
  • Refuse to transport goods that do not match the agreed type.
  • Request full and timely payment of shipping fees.
  • Refuse to transport prohibited, hazardous, or dangerous goods.

Responsibilities of the Shipper (Unkrush / Customer Party)

Obligations of the Shipper

  • UNKRUSH must provide invoices and relevant documents to the carrier and confirm that goods are handed over in full and in proper condition.
  • Pay shipping fees in full and on time as agreed.
  • Provide necessary information related to the shipment to ensure safety.
  • Supervise goods during transportation if agreed. In such cases, no compensation applies for loss or damage.

Rights of the Shipper

  • Request the carrier to deliver goods at the agreed place and time.
  • Directly or designate a third party to receive the goods.

Liability & Compensation

  • The carrier must compensate for any loss or damage to goods during transportation.
  • The shipper must compensate the carrier or third parties for damages caused by improperly packaged or inherently risky goods.
  • In cases of force majeure resulting in loss, damage, or destruction of goods, both parties will cooperate to find a reasonable and timely solution.
